the hotel's location allowed us to easily reach the beach. breakfast was a pleasant experience each morning. the staff showed cooperation and gave proper attention to our needs. ALL workers were very kind and helpful.
i noticed noise early in the morning and continued late into the night. the shower design poses danger for some guests, such as those less flexible. there were power disruptions as well.

i found the pool area very nice it overlooked the sea. the rooms were beautiful i even received an upgrade to a larger room.
the hotel was noisy from morning until late at night. i was not told that a building was next to the hotel and there was a night club with loud music.

the hotel location was convenient. the breakfast included offered a good selection.
I booked a room. But it had a strong musty odor. the air conditioning unit was very loud. I struggled to sleep comfortably. mosquitoes were also quite a nuisance in the room.

The rooms were spacious and housekeeping cleaned daily, replacing towels. The onsite restaurant offered tasty food and drinks, with an amazing happy hour. The entire staff treated guests like celebrities (which was a nice touch!).
I found the hotel a bit noisy, beginning in the morning and continuing until late at night. a very loud nightclub nearby played music late into the night (I could hear it from my room).

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Front desk personnel assisted with requests efficiently. The restaurant staff offered prompt and courteous service to every guest.

The hotel is situated near the better end of town, directly on the beach (though a bit rocky). A short, inexpensive bus trip takes you to bars and other attractions. The hotel provides convenient access to key areas.

The hotel provided a tuk-tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 every half hour, a very convenient service. Breakfast offered numerous choices daily and I appreciated the variety. I found the staff courteous and willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel bistro restaurant served tasty food (I recommend the seafood!).

the breakfast buffet was amazing it had so many choices. the pool was excellent i spent most of my time there. the staff were excellent too they were very attentive.
the rooms had a strong mold smell which was very unpleasant. the air conditioning unit was also quite loud it disrupted my sleep. there were too many mosquitoes in the room i got bitten several times.
