The hotel rooms were bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated, although they smelt terribly damp, to the extent that the smell transferred to my clothes. The view was not as described in the booking. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond by even taking me to the hospital without me asking. The hotel's location offers easy access to the beach and a shuttle service to the nearby Terminal 21 Mall. Dining was good, with a variety of Thai and western food, but some aspects could have been improved. Overall, a mixed experience with standout service and location but room issues.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were amazing in terms of comfort, but unfortunately, they had a terrible damp smell that even transferred to my clothes. However, the upfront payment process was smooth and particularly good.
The hotel's location was not ideal, a bit far from restaurants, shops, and the beach, but it was in a quiet area. The rooms smelled terribly damp to the extent that it transferred onto my clothes requiring a full laundry. The service was outstanding with very clean rooms and excellent bathrooms, although staff could be more proactive. The dining experience leaned towards Asian flavors and lacked appeal, except for the egg station which was good. The hotel's facilities were accommodating to any issues encountered.
